Shipping schedule
After receiving and approving your order, the package will be sent to you within 5 business days from the date of placing the order on the website.

Shipping areas
Orders can be shipped to most areas all over the world.

Handling fees ans Taxes
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
DORIN FRANKFURT has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting
 
Returns
If you wish to receive a refund/credit or to exchange the product, please contact us 14 days from the day you received your package, by mail customercare@dorinfrankfurt.com
Refrain from using the item and make sure to return the product with the original hangtag, in its original package with the original purchase receipt. 
Please note: you cannot receive a credit/cash refund/cancel the transaction without a returns slip/receipt.   
Cancelling a transaction can only be done with the credit card you used to perform the purchase.
Refund will be issued to the original charged credit card less shipment fees. 
Cancelling an order on the website
You can cancel an order you placed on the website if the product has not be sent to its destination yet. 
You can check whether it was sent and perform the cancellation accordingly by email to Customer Care: customercare@dorinfrankfurt.com
Cancelling a transaction by DORIN FRANKFURT
Your order might not be processed if the product you selected will be out of stock after placing the order or if the credit card details and/or your personal details were not registered in the system. 
In each of the above cases, our Customer Services will contact you.
